Users can request account deletion directly from the app by using the “Delete Account” option available in the Settings section.
Once a deletion request is submitted:
The account and associated data will be permanently deleted
The deletion process is irreversible
The account cannot be recovered after deletion
Any unused coins, rewards, or pending redemptions will be forfeited
Account deletion requests are processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
